1. Overview
This page collects LumiTalk’s public privacy-choice mechanisms in one place. Rights vary by location, relationship, and whether a law applies to LumiTalk. Submitting a request does not require you to waive another right.
3. Global Privacy Control
When detected, an enabled Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional analytics off. For covered businesses, California treats GPC as a valid opt-out request for sale or sharing. LumiTalk honors the signal as a privacy-first control without representing that every privacy statute applies to every visitor.
4. Information requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or information about categories, purposes, sources, and recipients.
- Use the LumiTalk contact page and identify the relationship or interaction involved.
- Provide only information reasonably needed to locate the record.
- Do not send passwords, private keys, government identification, or unrelated sensitive records.
5. Verification and agents
LumiTalk may verify identity and authority using information already associated with the interaction. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, but LumiTalk may request proof of authority and may confirm the request directly with the individual.
6. Customer-controlled data
If LumiTalk processed information only for a customer, that customer ordinarily controls the purpose and the response. Contact the customer first. LumiTalk will support verified customer instructions as required by the applicable agreement and law.
7. Appeals and concerns
Where an appeal right applies, reply through the same contact channel and explain why the response should be reconsidered. You may also contact the regulator or authority available under applicable law.
8. Submit a request
Submit privacy questions and requests through the LumiTalk contact page. Select the closest available topic and state that the message is a privacy request.
